Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a recipient-focused team member to support pheresis procedures. You will prepare donors, area, and equipment for the process, monitor the donor during pheresis, and respond to alarms with precision. You will document incidents and donor data via the PDA system following SOPs.

The role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and adherence to HSE/OSHA policies. A high school diploma and 3 months in a medical setting are required, with basic math skills expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months' work experience in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare donor, donor area and equipment for pheresis.
• Prepare autopheresis machine for pheresis.
• Monitor donor and process, respond to alarms.
• Disconnect donor when process completes.
• Record incidents and donor data using PDA per SOPs.
• Link equipment and supplies to donor in PDA.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and follow local requirements.
