Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months of work experience in medical or health provider environment.
• Basic math calculations.
• Willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process and respond to alarms.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain awareness of donor reactions and notify staff as needed.
• Record incidents and donor data using the PDA and link equipment to donors.
