Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform pheresis-related steps per SOPs including donor setup and monitoring.
• Perform venipuncture to initiate pheresis process.
• Evaluate donor vein performance and adjust as needed.
• Educate new donors about donor processes, tests, and policies.
• Monitor donors for reactions and assist staff as needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information system.
• Maintain clean, compliant work environment and ensure supplies.
• Adhere to safety, OSHA, and HSE policies.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Bilingual skills may be required.
