Job summary

CSL is seeking a dedicated team member to prepare the autopheresis machine and monitor donors during pheresis procedures at the Greenville center. The role requires attention to alarms, accurate data recording, and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities include disconnecting donors post-process, maintaining equipment and supplies, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment while protecting donor confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 months of health-care experience preferred or equivalent.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and the pheresis process and respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect the donor when the process completes.
• Record incidents and donor data using the PDA.
• Link equipment and supplies to the donor in the donor management system.
• Follow SOPs and maintain safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality.
