Job summary

CSL is hiring for a role that supports the pheresis process by preparing the autopheresis machine and monitoring the donor during treatment. This position requires vigilance to alarms, accurate data recording, and prompt response to any donor adverse events.

The candidate will use a PDA to document incidents, link equipment to donors, and ensure compliance with SOPs while maintaining a safe, clean work environment and following all HSE/OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months' work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and the pheresis process, respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain awareness of donor reactions and notify staff as needed.
• Record incidents and equipment usage in the PDA and donor information system.
