Job summary

CSL Plasma in Mobile, AL is seeking a dedicated professional to operate the pheresis workflow. You will prepare the donor, area and equipment, monitor the process and respond to alarms to ensure donor safety and product quality.

You will record incidents and donor data using the PDA and electronic systems, maintain a clean, compliant environment, and may cross-train in other areas as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months' work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Prepare donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and the pheresis process; respond to alarms or signals during the process.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor information and ensure data accuracy in systems.
