Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a dedicated team member to support pheresis procedures at our Georgia center. The role involves preparing donors and equipment, monitoring the pheresis process, and ensuring accurate documentation through the PDA and donor information system.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work environment, adhering to HSE/OSHA policies, and protecting donor confidentiality. Some cross-training and bilingual skills may be required depending on center needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months' work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Monitors the donor and the pheresis process, responds to specific alarms or signals that may occur during the process.
• Uses PDA to record incidents that occur during the pheresis process, such as machine alerts and alarms, volume variances and donor adverse events.
• Maintains clean efficient work environment and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available, following HSE and OSHA policies and procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information.
