CSL Vifor is seeking an entry-level apheresis support technician to assist with donor preparation, machine setup, monitoring, and data entry throughout the pheresis process.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three months’ experience in a medical or health provider setting, with basic math skills. Training will cover safety procedures and proper documentation.”

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months’ work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process and respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain alertness to donor reactions and notify staff as needed.
• Record incidents and donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
