Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage.
• Match caregivers to clients based on skills and availability.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and families; address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to ensure seamless care.
• Oversee documentation, service logs, and timesheets for billing; monitor EVV and service quality.
• Respond quickly to call-offs, emergencies, and staffing gaps; maintain operations under pressure.
