Perry Homes is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee Phase II construction, from drywall prep to final completion, and to perform warranty service following company procedures.

You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, order materials, monitor quality and quantities, and ensure adherence to Perry Homes standards. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to manage time, costs, and change orders effectively.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent leadership/management experience.

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
