Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a capable construction professional to oversee Phase II activities, coordinating independent contractors, ordering materials, and ensuring quality across multiple homes. You will monitor progress, manage time under construction, and handle budget variances and change orders.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints and development plans, while maintaining Perry Homes policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervision costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
