Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee Phase II construction activities, coordinate multiple contractors across various jobsites, and ensure quality and safety standards are met according to company procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication with homeowners and subcontractors, plus the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and change orders while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, and development plans.
• Demonstrated computer skills with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of Perry Homes policies and procedures applicable to construction personnel and activities.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Truck compliant with Perry Homes’ construction policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform tasks as assigned by Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
