Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a construction-focused project manager to coordinate multiple jobsites, oversee material orders, and ensure quality standards across phase II activities from drywall to completion.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication with contractors and homeowners, and the ability to manage tight timelines and budgets while following Perry Homes policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate with independent contractors and homeowners, verbally and in writing.
• Capable of short-notice task completion under extreme time constraints.
• Read and comprehend blueprints, construction plans, plats, and development plans.
• Proficient MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Familiar with Perry Homes policies and procedures for construction personnel.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; truck required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials and monitor quantities.
• Ensure quality standards per Perry Homes guidelines.
• Oversee time management, supervision, and cost variances.
• Manage change orders and budget variances.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or executives.
