Job summary

Perry Homes is hiring for a field supervisor/manager role on our Texas construction sites. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, order materials, and monitor quality and progress to ensure adherence to Perry Homes standards.

The position requires strong leadership, time management, and communication skills, with experience reading plans and managing budgets and change orders. On-site work and collaboration with senior leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans, blueprints, plats and development plans.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with independent contractors and homeowners, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure quality standards per Perry Homes policies.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
