Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking an experienced construction manager to oversee Phase II processes from sheetrock to home completion. The role requires coordinating independent contractors, ordering materials, and monitoring quality across multiple jobsites while upholding Perry Homes standards.

The ideal candidate will manage time under construction, oversee costs and change orders, and communicate effectively with homeowners and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners.
• Read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints and development plans.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials and monitor quality and quantity.
• Ensure Perry Homes quality standards are met.
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction, and handle change orders.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
