Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee Phase II construction activities from drywall to home completion. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple sites, order materials, and ensure quality standards per Perry Homes procedures.

The role requires strong project management, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and budgets. A relevant leadership background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing; excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction activities, monitor overhead costs, track budget variances and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, Vice President of Construction, or Division President.
