Job summary

CREtelligent is seeking qualified individuals to join our contractor network to perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for commercial real estate transactions. The contractor will conduct site visits, review historical records, and prepare comprehensive reports under ASTM E1527-21 guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of Phase I ESA experience, familiarity with regulatory databases, and strong technical writing skills. Familiarity with Quire templates is a plus.

Qualifications

• EP as defined by AAI (Environmental Professional).
• 5+ years’ experience conducting Phase I ESAs in commercial real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred).
• Ability to conduct thorough research using historical records, environmental databases, and regulations.
• Understanding of environmental regulations and potential health/environmental impacts.
• Strong technical writing skills to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high quality Phase I ESAs with detailed site visits.
• Review historical records, aerial photos, and regulatory databases to identify risks.
• Data collection and analysis of environmental factors and liabilities.
• Prepare Phase I ESA reports with conclusions and recommendations using Quire templates.
