Perry Homes is seeking a Phase II Construction Manager to oversee multiple homesites in Florida. The role focuses on coordinating contractors, managing material orders, and ensuring construction quality from lot release to hanging sheetrock.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management and communication skills, plus a valid driver’s license and compliance with Perry Homes policies. This on-site position offers growth within a leading homebuilder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior Perry Homes Phase II Construction Manager experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Truck compliant with Perry Homes construction policies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to multitask and meet short deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with independent contractors across multiple jobsites.
• Decide materials and quantities; place orders for construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure Perry Homes quality standards are met.
• Oversee time management, supervision, and cost controls for projects.
