Perry Homes is seeking an experienced project manager for Phase II construction oversight in Tampa, Florida. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, order materials, and ensure quality as defined by Perry Homes.

This role requires strong communication, time management, and leadership to keep projects on schedule and under budget. Perry Homes offers a comprehensive total rewards package and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction, control overhead costs, handle budget variances and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
