Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and acknowledge them with compassion at all pharmacy entry points.
• Engage with patients to process orders in person and by phone, directing questions to the pharmacist.
• Maintain a neat work environment to meet company and government requirements.
• Assist team members to keep the department running efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to complete actions from drop-off to order receiving and invoicing.
• Support in achieving company initiatives and complete required training.
