Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice, complying with regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.

Additional Duties

• Support pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and clerical tasks.
• Contribute to clinical services, outreach, and maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through Walgreens' training program.
• Attend training and acquire continuing education credits.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
