Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with state and federal regulations, and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist in coaching other pharmacy technicians and cashiers.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging customers, resolving issues, and developing strong relationships.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers and offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Sharing customer service best practices and developing relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Assisting in pharmacy practices, including data entry, prescription filling, and verifying medications, under supervision.
• Reporting prescription errors and adhering to policies regarding dispensing and pharmacy error management.
• Handling cash register transactions, assisting with inventory management, and supporting clinical services as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment and supporting external relationships with healthcare providers.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification through our training program and/or state requirements.
• Participating in required training and continuing education to stay current in healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Additional requirements include fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico) and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
