Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist under supervision with pharmacy practice, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and, if certified, coaching other technicians and cashiers.
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.

Customer Experience

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, and developing strong relationships.
• Sharing customer service best practices with team members.

Operations

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and clerical duties.
• Reporting prescription errors and adhering to quality policies.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification and attending required training.
• Possessing good math, computer, and inventory control skills; prior retail experience and Walgreens familiarity are preferred.
