Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision, following state and federal regulations, and perform pharmacy duties according to company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug info, process prescriptions, and, if certified, assist and coach other pharmacy staff.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, resolving issues, and sharing best practices.

Operational Tasks

• Support pharmacy operations, including data entry, prescription filling, verifying medicines, and assisting with workflow.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to quality policies.
• Handle sales transactions, assist customers in locating products, and support inventory management.
• Support clinical services and maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification; attend training and continuing education.
• Fluent in English; willing to work flexible hours.
• Preferred: 6 months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, knowledge of inventory control, and PTCB certification.
