Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for our Retail locations to support pharmacists in delivering accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service. You will work as part of a store team, following SOPs, and ensuring patient safety while upholding the CVS brand promise.

Responsibilities include inventory tasks, immunization support where allowed, and adapting to scheduling needs so the pharmacy runs smoothly and patients receive timely care.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements, age and licensure rules.
• High school diploma or equivalent; active enrollment allowed in some states.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide compassionate patient service at pickup, drive-thru, and calls.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient privacy and safety.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores as needed.
