Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in our retail stores. You will help ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment while delivering caring customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.

Responsibilities include basic inventory tasks, adhering to SOPs, and maintaining patient privacy. Immunization duties may be performed where trained, contributing to a safe, inclusive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements governing pharmacy practice.
• If no minimum age is specified, candidate must be at least 16.
• If no minimum education is stated, must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician (preferred).
• Experience in pharmacy, retail, medical or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service at in-store pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with basic inventory tasks and maintain SOP compliance.
• Protect patient privacy and safety in all interactions.
• Assist with immunization and vaccine-related duties where trained.
