Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not address minimum age, must be at least 16 years of age.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or actively enrolled in HS/HS equivalency program.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Verify prescription information and labeling to ensure patient safety.
• Assist pharmacists with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Demonstrate empathy and deliver excellent customer service to patients.
• Contribute to inventory activities and returns-to-stocks as directed.
