Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients, ensuring a safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures and SOPs at each workstation
• Assist pharmacists in immunizations and other patient care services where allowed by law
• Perform basic inventory tasks and stock management as directed by leadership
• Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients and team members
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel within the market as needed to support operations
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and CVS policies to protect patient safety and privacy
