Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board does not address a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention to and confirmation of prescription information and label accuracy.
• Deliver empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with basic inventory activities and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Adhere to SOPs and protect patient privacy and safety.
