Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering accurate, safe prescription fulfillment and exceptional customer service in a retail setting. You will work closely with pharmacists, follow SOPs, and participate in inventory tasks while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities include assisting with immunizations where trained, handling drive-thru and in-store operations, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled).
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients, supporting pharmacy teams to ensure accurate, safe prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at all workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off).
• Deliver empathetic customer service, assist with immunizations and other services when trained and certified.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with stock management as directed by leadership.
