Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service in-store. This role requires adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and ongoing training to maintain licensure and certification where required.

The technician will assist with immunizations, inventory control, and customer interactions, contributing to a safe, efficient pharmacy operation in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled).
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and excellent patient service.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
• Complete basic inventory tasks, cycles, returns-to-stocks and restocking as directed.
