Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams across our retail locations in delivering safe, accurate, and compassionate service to patients. You will help manage prescriptions, assist customers, and support immunizations and other services where allowed by law.

In this role you will follow SOPs, maintain compliance with state regulations, and participate in rigorous training to ensure patient safety and quality care while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive store

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age, education and licensure/certification.
• Minimum age may be 16 where not mandated by state board.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or actively enrolled.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and safe dispensing.
• Demonstrate empathy and deliver positive patient experiences across pickup, drive-thru, and call center interactions.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Be flexible to travel to stores in the market as needed.
