Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service. The role emphasizes following SOPs, engaging customers with empathy, and upholding regulatory requirements in a busy retail environment.

In this position you will assist with inventory, immunizations where permitted, and general store operations while maintaining a compliant and inclusive service culture across the market.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and laws governing practice, including age, education, licensure/certification.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences with empathy and care at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
