Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, efficient patient services in our retail locations. You will help ensure prescriptions are filled accurately, assist customers, and follow SOPs to maintain high standards of care and compliance.

The role requires meeting state licensing requirements, completing training, and staying flexible to support stores across the market.

Qualifications

• Must meet state board of pharmacy requirements and licensing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; actively enrolled if not yet.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs and ensure accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law.
