Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient service at retail locations. You will follow SOPs, assist in immunizations where allowed, and help ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include completing required training, maintaining accuracy in labeling, and contributing to a collaborative team focused on safety, quality, and accessibility of care.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
• Age requirement may be 16 years or older if not mandated by state rules
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Verify prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety
• Provide excellent customer service and work well in a team
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law
