Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists and deliver safe, efficient prescription fulfillment in store locations. You will help with inventory, immunizations support where permitted, and maintain compliant patient interactions with focus on safety and service.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting at pickup and drive-thru, and contributing to a caring, inclusive environment for patients and teammates while meeting state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician may be required depending on state.
• Strong attention to patient safety and accuracy in dispensing.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow to ensure accurate prescriptions.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Assist with inventory tasks and support clinical activities as trained.
