Job summary

CVS Health in its retail stores seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team and help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment while delivering caring service that exceeds patient expectations.

You will follow SOPs at each workstation, assist with production, pick‑up, drive‑thru and drop‑off, and contribute to immunizations and other services where allowed by law. You’ll also help with inventory tasks and adapt to schedule needs across the market.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and laws governing practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; active enrollment if applicable.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist pharmacy team with production, pick-up, drive-thru and drop-off workflows.
• Provide empathetic, patient-focused service at pick-up and by phone.
• Support immunizations and other services as allowed by law and training.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with counts, returns, and stocking.
