Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment in our retail stores. You will assist with immunizations, patient interactions, and daily pharmacy operations to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining product and patient data accuracy, and supporting the pharmacists in counseling and dispute resolution while upholding safety and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent or actively enrolled in high school.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation and assist in immunizations and patient services when allowed.
• Maintain accuracy in labeling, dispensing, and patient communication; protect patient privacy and safety.
• Complete required training and stay compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
