UCI Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to prepare, package, document, and label drug products under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist. The role includes data entry, filing, and involvement in purchasing and inventory control within the Pharmacy Department.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of full-time Pharmacy Technician experience, strong English communication, and a California Pharmacy Technician license or Pharmacy Intern certification.

• Minimum 1 year full-time relevant Pharmacy Technician experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• California Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration License or Pharmacy Intern Registration Certificate

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
• 1+ year experience in admixing chemotherapy drugs

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, package, document, and label drug products under pharmacist supervision.
• Perform data entry and filing for pharmacy processes.
• Assist with drug purchasing and inventory control procedures.
• Participate in Pharmacy Department Performance Improvement projects and collect workload data as needed.
