Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I to support pharmacy operations in Boston. The role involves processing prescriptions, preparing medications, handling inventory, and assisting with patient care under supervision.

You will help with third-party transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of medications while upholding compliance and safety standards. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED with MA Board of Pharmacy certification, 0–1

Formación

High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Active state certification with Board of Pharmacy in Massachusetts.
0–1 years related work experience.
Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse professionals.
Experience with computer systems and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

Under supervision, processes prescription orders; retrieves, counts, and prepares medications and compounds.
Support pharmacist with pharmacy services and patient care outcomes.
Assist with third-party transactions and related documentation.
Maintain courteous, professional interpersonal communications.
Handle patient medication pickup/delivery, packaging, processing, and tracking.
Obtain information for new prescriptions and reconciliation; refer clinical questions to a pharmacist.
