Responsibilities

• Delivers medication to patient care units per policy and regulatory bodies.
• Accurately fills medications and delivers to ADMs.
• Interviews patients to obtain medication histories when trained.
• Maintains appropriate inventory levels and communicates needs.
• Processes prior authorizations and PA-related requests when trained.
• Organizes outdated or overstocked meds for return to manufacturers.
• Responds to phone inquiries and triages requests appropriately.
