• Under pharmacist supervision, process prescription orders accurately and timely.
• Provide courteous interpersonal communications.
• Handle filling, pickup and delivery of patient medications; ensure correct medications delivered on time.
• Obtain information for new prescriptions and reconciliations per law.
• Refer clinical questions to a pharmacist promptly.
• Retrieve and file prescriptions, records, and logs in proper files.
• Maintain cleanliness of pharmacy areas and supplies.
• Follow department policies and adapt to changing needs.
• Assist with enrollment processes for patient support programs if applicable.
