Position Details:

Facility: Mease Dunedin Hospital
Location: Dunedin, FL
Status: Full Time, hourly
Shift Hours: Varies
Weekend Work: Every Other
On Call: No

Responsibilities:

Pharmacy Technician I, under the immediate oversight of the Pharmacist, responsibilities include:

1. Support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department
2. Efficient, accurate and timely preparation, compounding, labeling, and delivering of pharmaceuticals to assure customer satisfaction

Required Registration:

Florida Department of Health Pharmacy Technician Registry or enrolled into a BayCare hospital with a Florida Board of Pharmacy Licensed Training Program for the Employer Based Registered Pharmacy Technician Training Program.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

1. High School Graduate or Equivalent GED
2. Required FL Registered Pharmacy Technician License

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience
2. Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
