Advocate Aurora Health in Oshkosh seeks a Pharmacy Technician for the Transitions of Care Services team. You will obtain medication histories from patients at Aurora Medical Center Oshkosh and cover AM/PM shifts with alternating weekends.

The role requires state licensure, a high school diploma, and 3 years in health care or pharmacy. You’ll work with a diverse care team using standard processes to ensure accurate records and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Requires state licensure/registration as applicable and pharmacy experience.
• 3 years of healthcare/pharmacy-related experience typically expected.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Completes area-specific work following standard processes and policies.
• Serves as an expert with equipment and technology in the area.
• Solves technical issues and maintains accurate documentation.
• Coordinates with patients and care team for smooth communication.
