Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the Transitions of Care Services in the West Allis and Sinai locations. This full-time role (0.88 FTE) will involve second-shift coverage with every-other weekend and holiday rotations, and travel between hospital sites.

Qualifications include state licensure, CPhT or ExCPT certification, and a high school diploma or GED. 1–3 years in healthcare or pharmacy is preferred, with strong communication and math skills and proficiency

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes area-specific work per standard processes and policies.
• Serves as an expert with equipment and technology in the specialized area.
• Troubleshoots technical issues in the specialized area as they arise.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation and records.
• Supports communication with patients and care team.
• Identifies quality improvement opportunities to ensure safe, effective care.
