Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for Transitions of Care Services in Acute Care. Primary shifts are 1 pm to 9:30 pm with every other weekend, and the role requires strong communication with patients and care teams. A state license, CPhT or ExCPT certification, and a high school diploma are required.

Responsibilities
