MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pediatric, critical care, oncology and inpatient pharmacy services. Under supervision of a Pharmacist, you will assist in medication distribution, take-home medications, and quality control procedures.

The role requires a HS diploma and state certification; travel to external satellites may be required; experience with IV products and inpatient settings is preferred; strong customer service and teamwork are

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent.
18 years of age or older with no felony convictions per state rule.
Must obtain/maintain PTCB or ExCPT certification within 90 days of hire.
Active Ohio State Board of Pharmacy registration or become certified within 90 days.
Willing to travel to external satellite locations with reliable transportation.
Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.

Mansioni

Support pharmaceutical care in specialty and inpatient pharmacies under Pharmacist supervision.
Deliver medication-related services to in-house patients and take-home medications.
Assist Pharmacists in quality control procedures for drug distribution technologies.
Uphold MetroHealth System mission and customer service standards.
