MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland Heights, OH is seeking a Pharmacy Technician under supervision of a Pharmacist to support specialty and inpatient pharmacy services, including pediatric, critical care, and oncology pharmacies. You will assist with medication delivery, take-home services, and uphold MetroHealth's patient-centered care standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and certification as a Pharmacy Technician, with preferred experience in sterile IV products,

Formación

High school diploma or GED required.
Certification from PTCB or ExCPT within 90 days of hire.
Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration, or Registered Technician with conversion to Certified within 90 days.
Willing to travel to external satellite locations as needed.
Ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

Under supervision of a Pharmacist, perform duties in specialty and inpatient pharmacies.
Deliver medication-related services to in-house patients and manage take-home medications.
Assist pharmacists with quality control for drug distribution technologies.
Uphold MetroHealth System mission, vision, values and customer service standards.
