Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support specialty and inpatient pharmacies, delivering medication-related services to in-house patients and taking home medications. Under a Pharmacist, you will assist with quality control and uphold patient-focused service standards.

Qualifications include HS diploma, 18+ years old, and active or soon-to-be certification (PTCB/ExCPT). Experience with IV products preferred and travel between satellite locations may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old with no felony convictions per Ohio law.
• Certification options: PTCB, ExCPT; active OR within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacists in delivering pharmaceutical care.
• Support sterile IV product preparation as needed.
• Participate in quality control for drug distribution technologies.
