Job summary

GEM Edwards Pharmacy, a division of GEMCORE Health, seeks a Pharmacy Support Representative in Hudson, OH. You will handle incoming calls, data entry, and insurance information while supporting pharmacy administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience handling health insurance information and patient data.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reception of incoming calls and routing to the appropriate individual.
• Administrative tasks related to the pharmacy operations.
• Data entry of insurance, physician, and patient demographic information.
• Processing third-party billing information for reimbursement.
• Collaborate with accounting, contracts & licensing, shipping, etc.
